Which version is right for my Mac?
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If you see an Apple chip, such as M1, M2, M3 or newer, choose Apple Silicon. If you see an Intel processor, choose Intel Mac.
How do I install RUNA?
Download the ZIP, double-click it to unzip, then drag RUNA into your Applications folder. Open RUNA from Applications and connect your camera card.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
What counts as a free import?
One successful import session counts as one use. Failed, cancelled, or duplicate-only imports won’t use your five free imports.
Does RUNA upload my photos or videos?
The importer processes your media locally on your Mac. Your photos and videos stay on your card and in the destination you choose. An internet connection is needed for purchase and license activation and checks.
Which Mac do I need?
RUNA supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 13 Ventura or later. Choose the download that matches your Mac above.
What happens after my year ends?
Your subscription renews at $35 USD each year until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period. When paid access ends, starting new imports requires renewal. Your existing folders and files remain yours.
